What materials do you use for your jewelry? Plus

We offer only certified, implant-grade materials: 14k and 18k solid gold, ASTM F-136 titanium, and nickel-free options. All pieces are APP-approved and safe for long-term wear.

Are your products APP-certified? Plus

Yes, we work exclusively with APP-trusted brands like Buddha Jewelry, Junipurr, Norvoch, TAWAPA, Anatometal and more. This ensures the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Can I wear your jewelry in a fresh piercing? Plus

Absolutely. Our jewelry meets all anatomical and safety standards for initial piercings. However, always consult with your piercer to ensure the best fit for your anatomy.

Shipping & Orders
How quickly do you ship orders? Plus

Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business day via USPS. Shipping times vary by destination. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Plus

We truly hope you’re thrilled with your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. In addition to your legal rights, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. We accept returns within 90 days
2. The item must be unused, unworn, or have a manufacturing defect (still sealed in original packaging)
3. We’ll refund the purchase price
(excluding shipping fees — we do not offer exchanges)

You cover the return shipping (We don’t provide prepaid return labels)

Can I exchange an item? Plus

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
