A little room to change your mind
If an in-stock piece isn’t right for you, request a return within 14 days of delivery. This includes a change of mind or a size you selected that doesn’t fit.
To qualify, your return must include:
- An unused, unworn piece that has not been installed
- Its original sealed packaging
- All original components
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation
Opened, worn or installed pieces are not eligible for a personal-preference return. The 14-day limit does not restrict a covered manufacturing-defect claim.
An $18 processing fee and customer-paid return shipping apply to eligible personal-preference returns. Full details appear under Fees & refunds.
Received the wrong piece, or noticed a manufacturing defect? Send us your order number and clear photos so we can help. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty, with a replacement at no cost and return shipping covered.

For a confirmed defect, we provide a replacement at no cost. Photos or an inspection may be required, and return shipping for defective items is covered.
Accidental damage, improper installation, harsh chemicals and normal wear are not covered. Polish gently with a soft cloth and ask your piercer to help with installation.

I love this flat back. The sizing guide was extremely helpful and I was able to downsize my conch piercing after my consultation with my piercer. The flat backs came in bags individually labeled inside of a little box with padding inside. Arrived perfectly safe and organized.
These shipped and arrived immedately upon ordering. Very comfortable, I've been sleeping with them in for a few days now with no irritation. You do need to slightly bend your threadless end post to fit snugly in these threadless flatbacks.
These are a great fit for the jewelry I purchased for my daughters. Easy to insert and use. They stay in place. I can use the same post for different pieces. Also, reasonable priced compared to others! Will be back for more items!
