Every order (not pre-orders) placed with Piercing Zone ships from our US fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days. All orders are fully insured from the moment they leave our warehouse to the moment they arrive at your door.

Economy (USPS First Class Mail) — Free · 4–8 business days
Standard (USPS Priority Mail) — $27 · 2–4 business days
Express (USPS Priority Mail Express) — $35 · 1–2 business days
All orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.
Tracking is included with every order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Priority or Express shipping is not currently offered.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Most international orders arrive within the stated window, though occasional customs delays can extend delivery. This is outside our control.

EU & UK CUSTOMERS — IMPORT DUTIES & VAT
We ship from the United States. Import duties and local VAT are not collected at checkout — your total at checkout is the full amount you pay to us.
Upon arrival in your country, your local customs authority may assess import duties and VAT. This is standard for shipments from outside the EU or UK and is the responsibility of the recipient.
Here's what to expect:
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders under €150 — no customs duty. Local VAT (typically 19–25% depending on your country) may be collected by your carrier before delivery.
Orders €150 and above — customs duty of approximately 2.5% on jewelry, plus local VAT.
Examples by country: Germany 19% · France 20% · Netherlands 21% · Sweden 25% · Italy 22%
UNITED KINGDOM
Orders under £135 — no customs duty. UK VAT of 20% may be collected by your carrier before delivery.
Orders £135 and above — customs duty of approximately 2.5% plus UK VAT of 20%.
To illustrate: a $250 order shipped to France may incur approximately $50 in VAT upon delivery. A $300 order to the UK may incur approximately $60 in VAT.
Your carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or local postal service) will notify you by email or SMS before attempting delivery if a customs payment is required. You'll have the option to pay online before the parcel is delivered to you.

LOST, DELAYED OR STUCK AT CUSTOMS
Every Piercing Zone order is shipped with full insurance coverage at no additional cost.
If your order is delayed, stuck at customs, or marked as lost by the carrier:
— Contact us at info@piercing-zone.com or via live chat
— We'll open an investigation with the carrier immediately
— If your order cannot be delivered, we will resend it with expedited shipping and full tracking, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer
We take full responsibility for getting your order to you. If the carrier fails, we don't.
