Pre-order items are made specifically for you and produced on demand. For this reason, pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, provided that the jewelry has no manufacturing defects and matches the product description and specifications listed on the product page.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the item will be repaired or replaced in accordance with our lifetime warranty policy.
